Shipping & Delivery

At Coretek Pickleball, we know you're excited to get your new paddle on the court, so we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All in-stock paddles are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days to most U.S. locations.

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your paddle ships so you can monitor its journey right to your door.

We offer a fast, secure, and hassle-free checkout experience. Your purchase of the Alpha Paddle will be processed securely and your information will be saved for faster future checkouts.

Coretek Pickleball 90-Day Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our paddles and are confident they will perform for you on the court. That's why every Coretek Pickleball paddle is covered by a 90-day limited warranty against all breakage and manufacturer defects.

If you believe your paddle has a covered defect, please contact our team at coretekpb@gmail.com with a photo or video of the issue and your proof of purchase. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the paddle to us.

Please note that all warranty claims are subject to our final discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
