What's the difference between Alpha and Omega paddles?
The Alpha is designed for power and spin with a 3k carbon fiber face, while the Omega focuses on control and precision with an 18K raw carbon fiber face. Both feature our patent-pending foam-injected core technology.
How long does shipping take?
All in-stock paddles ship within 24 hours. Standard shipping (free over $99) takes 3-5 business days, Express takes 1-2 business days, and Overnight is available for next business day delivery.
What's covered under the warranty?
Our 90-day warranty covers structural defects, delamination, handle separation, and manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Can I try the paddle before buying?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused paddles in original packaging. This gives you time to ensure the paddle meets your expectations.
